She always tries to stay positive. Most of the time, though, she feels misunderstood/underestimated, even lonely. Most people that know her, however, wouldn't think that she is lonely at all! Tends to be a bit snobby. If someone insults Lori, she's ready to act back. Also likes to play the Devil's Advocate. Acts before she thinks. Quirks: she can speak French and English well, and a little Japanese. She's afraid of being alone in the dark! Gets carried away with lies. Complains fairly often about things that she or others can't change. Has extremely good aim, and may have magical powers! Stores emotions inside, and has really bad outbursts every once in a while. Food: fried chicken, peach pie Drink: red wine Color: blue Appearance: she always wears a smile outside, to hide the inner turmoil. Also wears a brown cowboy hat, a light blue blouse, and a dusty grey long skirt over brown granny boots... Hey, it was daring for the time! History: Raised on a plantation in North Louisiana, she ran away to the capitol to escape an arranged marriage to a MUCH older, ugly man. She met a man there about a year after arrival who stole her heart! Harvard's director of the newly-founded Asian Studies Department. She fell in love with the charming man after several adventures across the globe~ ah, the classic tale of scholar and bodyguard. Poor Jean-Michel may know many languages and facts, but he has no street smarts, and has again enlisted the "dame de Feu-bâton" or "lady of the fire-stick" to help him do his job without dying!!![/color:5235a81464] OOC:PS- somewhere along the line, they got married :3

Very childish, and oblivious to malicious intent. If anyone has ever seen MONK, well, JM takes after him. Since your Lori character doesn't speak much Japanese, you may want to put what she DOES say in Japanese in <brackets>. Or, have what she says in english in <brackets>, since the current standard is stuff without any brackets or previous notes are assumed to be in standard Japanese, for this server anyway.
Whatever you do though, let is know! (here, if you don't mind! ;) ) Unless someone else has any problems, I would say this is: APPROVED! |
