| Eshe Joined: 14 Nov 2003 Posts: 485 | Masoto sighed, heaving her large bag over her shoulder. "Well.. In any case, I suppose I should get going... But... I'm not sure, it doesn't really feel right taking this.." She held up the wooden block in her hand that would admit her to a free night's rest. "I mean.. " Masoto was never good with men, and it showed. Her face turned pink as she struggled to come up with an excuse. "Ah.. Um..." Her ear caught a sound that she knew all too well. "SAKE?! WHERE!" She turned towards a tree nearby, looking up. "... I could've sworn I heard sake.." She frowned; Masoto loved sake. The cold wind blew into her open haori, chilling her to the bone. Her charcoal black hair blew behind her softly, giving her a serene look. "Eh. I'm getting really.. cold..." She shivvered, searching through her bag for her black happi coat. "Ah... Shimata... I didn't bring it..." She cursed, realizing she'd left her coat somewhere else. |

She happily sat down beside a tree and started drinking, her face quickly turning pink. She eventually began hiccuping as she pulled cloak closer to her body, getting more chilly as she watched the men converse. "You guys know each *hic* other?" She asked, slightly tipsy. |

Nenshoukaze tossed a disarming glance at the lightly intoxicated Masoto, his expression showing his amusement at the woman's actions. He turned his head back again to face Hayabusa. "I'm afraid I do." Nenshoukaze answers Masoto calmly, his arm hangingly loosely at his side. "Is there something you wish of me?" he asks Hayabusa. |
Asai Joined: 24 Aug 2003 Posts: 638 | Tsuki's hand calmly went to his sword when the other man dropped in. He still appeared relaxed, one hand on the sword, but was tensed for the spring. His eyes narrowed at the newcomer. He seems familar... he thought. But why?? His blood-red eyes focused on the new man, wondering what the newcomer wanted from the man with silver streaks in his hair.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kaguske stared intensely at the newcomer. What the hell? he thought. Where did this guy spring from? His hand slowly inched toward his sword. OOC:bleargh...both suck, but kaguske's is worse. i'm doing it like this because it was brought to my attention that it was confusing before. |

Tsuki continued to watch the newcomer. So he wishes revenge... he thought. Interesting. Tsuki looked to the one with streaks in his hair. Will this man win? I have not yet seen his skill. OOC:kaguske's not in this one, he has little to do. meanwhile, we're outside, i think, and the confusing part is i forgot to say that kaguske left the building. |

A light sigh escaped her lips as she put the sake bottle down, watching the two men. "Oi oi.. You guys can fight. It's not like I'll care.." She laughed and hiccuped, putting her head against the tree and closing her eyes.

He then turns back to Tetsuo, an opponent of his from long ago. Nenshoukaze's hand grips the cloth sack he held, ripples forming in the fabric from the pressure of his hand.

The sun's light bounced off of it and shined in multiple directions. He gripped the dragon's head shaped hilt. He swung it around a few times to regain his bearings. He pointed the blade at his opponent, "Revenge will be mine, prepare yourself." |

He watched for even the slightest ripple in the fabric to indicate muscle movement, reading the man's every motion. Though he externally appeared calm and relaxed, almost even removed, he was internally already prepared for the ensuing battle.
"Yes yes, "revenge," and "I'm going to kill you" and all of that," Nenshoukaze says in a bored tone of voice. "Lets hurry up and get this over with, shall we?" |
