Nenshoukaze grinned briefly, recalling the endless amount of drinking contests the elf and the dwarf had enjoyed. However, for some innane reason not even comprehensible to Kaze himself, this memory reminded him of something he had to do quickly -- revive the fallen person. He took a few steps towards the bartender, then tossed his order ("A number fourty-two special, you know the one") over his shoulder, as well as an "I'll be back presently." With that, he walked around, looking down the alleys near where he thought the event took place, one by one, until he finally found what he was looking for.

It was a youthful woman, quite dead. She appeared to still be connected; perhaps this was one of her first times playing, and didn't know what happened when someone came up and killed you without warning, and in town no less. Reguardless of the situation, however, Nenshoukaze knelt down and examined her wounds. The tell-tale signs of a n00bly hacker were there -- glowing blood, glowing wound, no loss of color, and so on. The swordsman shook his head, disappointed by all the would-be hackers that tried to corrupt the game. Digits did gain satisfaction in knowing that his programmed "flaws" in security drew hackers into a trap, in which they could be systematically "discouraged" from hacking ever again. At least, they would not try to hack one of his programs.[/color:97d0919b6a]

Having finished his examination, Nenshoukaze stood up, dusting off his pants and leg armor. He unsheathed his sword with his left hand, and pulled a crystal from a pouch on his left side. This crystal was white at first glance, but seemed to slowly pulsate with a very pale pink. Though the woman avatar was motionless, Digits felt he could sense the eyes of the player behind it widening with surprise and fear. Boy were they in for a treat[/color:97d0919b6a]. He held the sword in front of himself, arm straight out. He muttered something in a foreign tongue, and instantly the weapon flashed a brilliant white, and the blade grew in length by at least two feet, while the hilt extended perhaps half a foot. Though before it was simple and smooth, the blade now bore countless engravings in a foreign language that resembled none on earth. The hilt changed as well, appearing very ornate, with tiny engravings around the handguard at the top.

Kaze took the crystal, then began to shove it into the base of the hilt. Though at first nothing seemed to happen, except for the swordsman resembling a baby trying to put a square block into the round hole, sparks soon began to emit from where the crystal touched the hilt. From that point, it was perhaps two seconds before it was one inch deep in the hilt, and the whole sword began to pulse in sync with the crystal. Kaze then turned the sword upside down, and plunged it into the woman's body. She twitched slightly at first, but then her wounds began to heal rapidly. Within thirty seconds, she was healed. Kaze quickly pulled his weapon from her body, leaving no puncture wound at all. He then grabbed the crystal and replaced it in the pouch, then sheathed the sword. As it went into its sheath, it glowed and returned to its original length. Before the woman could thank him, he dropped a small pouch with fifty gold, winked, and was gone.

His clerical quest completed, Nenshoukaze found himself back at the bar, and his drink was still not finished yet. He grinned as though finding something funny, then headed back towards the group.

"Did I miss anything?"

OOC: w00t XD;

Oh, as for the currency system... Here's my idea as of now. 100 bronze = 1 silver. 100 silver = 1 gold. 1000 gold = 1 platinum. Kaze's sword is probably worth 10-50kP (kP = 1000 plat... make sense?), at the very least least. His drink is probably about 1 silver, regular ale is probably about 5 bronze. Basic level 10 armor is probably about 25-50 silver. Just some points of reference that are probably subject to change XD;;;

Yurie had long since taken a seat at the table with Nenshoukaze, crossing her legs and folding her arms over her chest. The folds of her long kimono rippled over the curves on her body, gradually coming to rest as they folded onto the floor. The woman yawened, putting her right hand over her mouth. As Nenshoukaze reentered the building and walked over, she turned to him grinning.

"Nope, just some more drinking." she replied, leaning back into her chair. "So, I assume there were more hackers?"

"Feywine," Kurokaze said to the waiter as he walked by. "I need to get that ale taste out of my mouth..." The waiter nodded and went off to get said drink. Feywine was well made elvish wine, clear red in color and sweeter than any ale (thankfully). The waiter returned in a few moments with the glass and Kurokaze flipped him a gold piece, for the wine he had ordered was a trifle expensive, but definately worth it. He took a sip of the wine and enjoyed the sensation of the sweet liquid coursing through his mouth. The taste of ale was washed away, and Kurokaze was content for the moment.

Mike regained conciesness and raised his head from his steel desk. His hand went to his head to rub it, for it was very sore. Mike had fallen asleep at his computer, which was now showing a screensaver of digital abstract pictures. He blinked many times, rubbing his eyes he realized that he had fallen asleep at his computer. He woke the computer up by touching the mouse, which glowed a faint red, and realized he had fallen asleep during his routine BIOS check. Well everything seems fine, CPU isnt overheating, neither is RAM. His eyes moved across the screen searching for his VGU temperature to find that it was running at fifty degrees celcius. "What the hell, how is it this hot!?" He exited BIOS to see if anything was running, and he realized why the graphics core was so hot, he had multiple silverhearts windows up on his monitor, without the headsets on. .Doh! His mouse went to close all of the open silverheart pages. His temperture gauges told him that his liquid cooling system had quickly cooled the graphics core down. Lets try a new charecter. as he put on his headset and loaded the main screen.[/color:46bce85322]

"Which server?" his computer asked him, "Teltreon" he replied. He chose the name RedEyes for his elven man. RedEyes quickly was shown to Mike as his computer had no lag, laughing at his charecter as he saw nothing but the basics, tan shirt and pants, leather belt and a long sword. He pulled a bandana out of his pocket and tied it around his mouth tying it at the back of his head. His black hair was cut short and basic. He walked over to the nearest tavern for a small drink as he felt thirsty. Pushing open the old wooden doors as he walked in he saw evidence of a fight and looked around as he grabed his sword hilt.
Nothing seems wrong, I hope it wasnt that group at the corner, they look tough. RedEyes walked in taking a seat on the one of the wooden barstools. "I'll take some of your juice please" He said to the bartender.I hope my 50 bronze can cover this.

OOC:I'll just add tihs in instead of editing, RedEyes is not a pure elf, more half so his ears are not huge and pointy, he is just taller and has keen reflexes. Half-elf is a better description, sorry bout this

Jezebelle poked the stew with her wooden stew, and wrinkled her nose slightly as it made a strange squelching sound. She took a small spoonful, ate it and shuddered slightly. There is no way on Earth I am going to eat this, she thought getting ready to chuck the bowl and it contents at the bartender. However, her stomach growled loudly, and Jezebelle sat back in her seat, mortified. Then again, the food isn't that bad... Even though the assassin ate in small bites, the stew was gone in the blink of an eye.

The bartender collected the empty bowl, and spoon, and refilled her water cup. Jezebelle ignored him completely, turned around, and glanced at the others around her. She leaned back against the counter, and looked to her left. Another elf was sitting at the bar drinking juice, but he didn't matter much.

Ugh, what's with all the elves? she thought as her grey swept over the tavern's costomers. All the n00bs these days have to elvish in some way, shape, or form...

RedEyes untied his grey bandana and put it back in his pocket where he took it from. He handeld the large wooden mug and thought it was old from its scratches and marks, ignoring this he began to drink his juice. The taste was of tart green apples that were not quite ready to be picked. He began thinking of nothing and enjoying his juice, swirling the remaing bits around in his mug. The little bit that was left was downed in one large gulp, clearing out his system.
He pulled out his bag and grabed out 10 bronze pieces, hoping that it was enough. The bag was placed in his lap and the bronze and mug handed back to the barkeep. He tied the canvas bag up with its leather drawstrings and placed it back into his pocket.
He looked around again to see that there was a person sitting next to him and the group was still in the corner enjoying themselves. The tavern windows seemed to be closed up, letting very little light in, and only a few candle lamps were lit. These conditions made it difficult to tell exactly who was next to him.

"Hello, how are you today?" RedEyes asked the person sitting next to him. (Jezebelle)

Vendetta downed the strange purple drink with a gulp. It felt like napalm at first, and her eyes watered. But she knew she had to hold on to get to the good part.

Then came the tart phase. Vendetta felt like her tongue was about to implode from the wall of sour. She bent over, eyes dripping, and waited for this to pass too.

Finally, the sweetness came. And after all the torture, it was the best drink in the world. "Praise God!" Said Vendetta, bowing to noone in particular.

"So," she mouthed with purple lips, "I feel like I'm ready for a grand adventure." She grinned and spun around on her barstool.

"Wheeeeee~"

Jezebelle was in the middle of sipping her water when the elf began to speak to her. Suddenly, her fist lashed out at the elf's head.

OOC:Whether RedEyes dodges it or not is your choice Mike.

"Oh," Jezebelle glanced at him, and set her water down. "So sorry," she said, not sounding very sincere at all. "It's a reflex." The assassin stretched her fingers.

"I'm doing..." her eyebrow rose as a purple-lipped Vendetta made a spectacle of herself. Just one more good reason to simply drink water, she thought. "Uh... just fine. How about yourself?"

RedEyes saw this hand rush at him, seeming to go slow in his mind. He moved his head to the left as the hand shot past him. Strange that a persons reflex would to be to grab their head...

"I'm doing well, looks like that person dancing had too much to drink though." RedEyes briefly stated. "How long have you been playing this game, I find it quite interesting."

"Yeah, that's all well and great. My name's Vendetta," said Vendetta, butting into the conversation. "I've been playing for almost a year now... but that's including my "break" due to my grades." She laughed nervously.

"Come on, come on, there's gotta be something interesting to dooo~~!" Vendetta whined noisily.

"A little more than a year," Jezebelle rolled her eyes. "If you can call it role playing. My'creator' is a complete- OUCH!" A frying pan came out of no where, and hit the spy in the back of the head. She turned to the screen and glared out at Mo.

"Don't talk about your Creator that way," Mo scolded the spy on the screen. "Don't forget I made you, and I can delete you, too. I am your god." A small thought bubble poopped out of Jezzie's head, and the words Bite me popped into the bubble. "I let your character develop way too much, Jezzie-poo," she sighed. "You can try to be a little more social, you know."[/color:aa466fa5a6]

Jezebelle rolled her eyes again, and turned her attention back to the group at the bar. "Well, Vendetta," she said coolly. "You could always dabble in the Dark Arts, or something illegal, etc. etc. You might blow yourself up, but it could be interesting."

"That's not what I meant by social!" Mo exclaimed as she hit her forhead against the table. She always tended to lose control over Jezebelle. [/color:aa466fa5a6]

Jezebelle ignored her "Creator's" complaint, yawned and stretched before leaning on the bar. "I'm bored," she sighed. "Let's go to the plains and kill something."

"Haha, right, Jez." Vendetta scratched her nose. "Oh, yay, I was about to die of boredom..."
Vendetta abandoned the rest of her drink, and crossed the bar. She held open the dark, heavy wooden door for anyone else coming with one hand, the other on her 4-ft scythe.
"Well, who's coming?"

Jezebelle got up and walked out the door Vendetta held open without glancing back at the others at the bar. She leaned on the wall of the tavern, and folded her arms while she waited for Vendetta and any other people who wanted to come. To pass the time, she glared at people as they walked down the street, only to look away from them when they turned to see who was staring at them.

Kurokaze went to join the other two, he needed some spare change, but as soon as he stood up, he sensed something was wrong. He ran outside. Suddenly, he was engulfed in blackness.

"What?" he said, unable to see a thing. On instinct, he leaped forward in a roll and dodged a blade that had been slashing at his head. He rolled out of the area of darkness and saw several more similar globes around the taverns' perimeter.

"Waela darthir!" came a call from one globe of darkness nearby. Kurokaze knew enough languages to understand the nature of the raiders. Drow.

"Damnit," he said, drawing his twin blades swiftly and taking up a defensive stance. Speaking in the tongue of black dragons now, trying to get a message to his friend inside without the drow or the others undererstanding, Kurokaze shouted out a few words.

"Kaze! Drow! Get the weaker players out, it's a raid!" he yelled as a globe of darkness fell over him. "If they find out it's drow, they'll probably panic."

Nenshoukaze's sharp ears perked up when he heard the unusual tongue. Though he understood the words, it had been a long time since he'd heard anyone speak the language -- in fact, he'd nearly forgotten that he knew it. He couldn't quite recall the name, but there wasn't time. If there truely was a Drow raid, urgency would be needed. He reached quickly for his sword and spoke the same incantation he'd used earlier, transforming the sword once again. As he stepped through the doorway he placed a nearly transparent crystal into the hilt of his sword, causing it to glow white. In turn, Kaze himself began to glow slightly, especially his eyes. He suddenly had a clearer view of his surroundings, though he could still not see though the spheres of darkness. Kaze then looked over to Kurokaze and took a few hurried steps towards him, placing the tip of his sword between the man's eyes. He almost shouted something in a strange tongue, then suddenly Kurokaze's eyes glowed white as well.

"This obviously won't help too much, but if you can get them out of those spheres, or near the edge, maybe you'll have a better shot," said the swordsman quickly. "Otherwise, I hope your 'sense enemy' skill is leveled up"

OOC: I don't know much about drow, so any tips on how to fight would be great. 'till then, i'm making everything up :P
