She has striking blue eyes and light blonde hair that she often keeps back in two pigtails. Wears: A gray, low-cut vest over a black tube top, knee-length jean shorts, white and black striped tall socks (go to just above her boots), and black rain boots with liberal amounts of duct tape. Personality: More or less Jenny's twin, except for that instead of being chill all the time, she is usually way too cheery. Very few things will get her down, or even, for that matter, mellow. Skills and abilities: Except for during the full moon, she can change into a wolf whenever she wants to. When she is a wolf, she has blonde fur so light it's almost white, but other than that, no special markings. She is extraordinarily strong to begin with, and is that and really fast in wolf form. Weapons: While a wolf, her fangs and claws. While not, she uses guns, and can project blue energy claws from her knuckles (looking somewhat similar to Wolverine's). History: Like Moira, Stephanie was left at Hellsing at a young age. Unlike Moira, that age was 6--she knew her parents before they gave her away. They gave her away because they were afraid of her: she had gone into the woods to play one day, and had been bitten by a werewolf. She grew up more or less alongside Moira, being in the same boat. They were close friends, probably because there was no one else around their age. They have fought many battles together recently, especially since although Moira is done with her Hellsing training, Stephanie is not. She has been sent on this mission to help the others defeat Helen's enemies as a final test of her skills.
