He finally reached the pillar separating the platforms 9 and 10 and casually leaned against it. He vanished quickly from sight, disappearing on the other side on Platform 9 and 3/4. He quickly pushed his cart up to the train and unloaded his luggage. Carrying it onto the Scarlet freighter, he quickly found an empty compartment and dropped his luggage there. He sat back heavily in his seat, and looked out the window at the still busy platform. He decided he would wait for his friends here. |

Not to mention the grey cat perched on her shoulder. She sighed, muttering random curses in German under her breath. The girl dashed through platform 9 and 3/4, pushing and shoving those that got in her way. She shouted 'MOVE!' from time to time, growing aggitated at all the strange glances that her thick accent awarded her. At last she managed to get onto the train, tucking her luggage away where she was able to find the room for it. With a heavy sigh she wiped her forehead, pulling up her holey jeans with her left hand, petting her cat with her right. It meowed lazily as she peeked into a compartment. A young man around her age was sitting there, glancing out the window to gaze at the busy station.
"Hey", she spoke, expecting a wierd reaction from her less-than-British accent, "can I sit here?" she finished, pointing at the bench across from him. |

"Of course," he said, gesturing to the seat across from him. Though her accent was different, it was not so surprising, really. He'd heard rumors of a German transfer student, entering Ravenclaw. "So, you must be the new student from Germany." He remarked as if it were no new thing. |

This year was no different. Here he was, stepping onto the same platform, staring at the same red train and shoving his luggage along. That red train, fast an impressive, Anthony noticed it as much as he noticed the sole of his foot. Grabbing his luggage, he stepped onto the train.
Anthony kept walking along the corridor, looking for an empty seat, not a free seat, but a completely unpopulated place to brood. As he peeked into each and every place, he caught sight of an imposing young man with brown hair and green eyes as well as another, younger looking brute of a girl. He stared at the both for half a second before moving on; that guy weirded him out and that lass did not look too welcoming, nobody welcomed a Slytherin anyway. Anthony did not get far before finding an empty sea. Of course, it was the one right after the strange crew he saw. Nevertheless, he pushed the door open, dropped his luggage, curled up in a seat and waited for the train to move off. |

Etta reached the platform, and said her farewells to her parents. Then she boarded the scarlet train after she made a promise that she'd be on her best behavior; a promise she never kept. She handled her trunk carefully as if it might explode, and looked for a compartment.
"Full," she muttered as she opened and closed a door. "Full... full... I guess today is not our lucky day, Terry... full... fu- ACK!!!!" She slammed the door she had just opened shut, and shuddered. Inside the compartment were two students snogging each other senseless. She felt nauseosous as she opened the next door. "Hello, Dizzy," she said happily, leaning against the doorframe. "Hello, to you too! You must be the new student!! It's good to meet you. My name's Etta, and this is James, or Disino, or Dizzy. Did you have a good holiday?" |

The grey cat jumped from its perch on her shoulder and meowed, purring as hit rubbed against her elbow. The German grinned, rubbing her knuckles against it's forehead before it curled upon her lap and fell asleep. "So.." she began, struggling to sound British, and yet failing miserably. "What house are you in?" she asked. "Me... I'm in Ravenclaw. They sorted me over the summer..." she said quietly, her voice wobbling to and fro as she struggled to immitate the British vocals she'd heard for so many weeks.
Elise's light blue eyes were focused on the small cat in her lap, giving off a lonely, unaccepted gleam in the light of the compartment. Her golden hair tumbled past her shoulders as she heaved a heavy sigh. Suddenly, the door to their compartment was opened and in popped an unusually energetic girl. Elise looked up and nodded as the girl introduced herself. "Hi... I'm Elise Vichtoffen.." she replied, smiling weakly, and speaking quietly. |

James' eyes narrowed as Anthony looked into their compartment. His hand flew to his wand, but the Slytherin pickpocket left. "Never trust that guy..." he said to Elise. "Wicked thief, he is." He had moved his hand from his wand when Etta entered the compartment. "Hi, Etta." he said, brightening considerably as the other Ravenclaw walked in. "My summer wasn't so bad, I got a Comet Three-Sixty to replace my old Cleansweep when it died last year; maybe we can win the cup this year. How's your old Silver Arrow holding out?" He turned back to Elise at her question. "We're both in Ravenclaw too." he said. "My name's James Disino, Dizzy to my friends." |

His fellow feline, Elf, laid asleep next to him, purring quietly to himself in slumber. One of Victor's hand stroked the cat's fur lightly, his other propped his head up against the armrest as he stared out the window.
He had casted a lock spell amongst the cabin's door to leave him to himself, and the sound of the hum of the train's engine. He glanced out the window, noticing the various students that ran through the crowd. But one caught his eye; rather his only eye. He raised his head and studied the girl with blonde hair, seeming in somewhat of a hurry as she plowed herself onto the train. She was beautiful... He thought to himself, 'After all these years, no one would ever think of getting on the train early...' He then shook his head to himself, and stared down into the empty chair acrossed him, his left eye giving a blink and fading into a daydreamy-state. His body waited as time went on, hoping for the train to move shortly. |

"Stay," she whispered to the trunk and patted it almost lovingly. Then she flopped into the seat next to James. "It's about time you replaced that poor bag of twigs. Ol' Silver is doing great. I was able to replace the bristles on it and I got the handle completely refinished. She looks great, and flies beautifully. You'd think I just bought her."
"Elise, you're going to love Hogwarts. Ravenclaw is definitely the best house to be in," Etta smiled, as she removed Terrestial from the top of her head and stroked his head. "So, Elise, you're from Germany! That's so awesome. I always wanted to go there. I hear the guys are really cute." |

He groaned, massaging the back of his head his right hand as he tried to untangle himself from his sheets with his left. He heard muffled shouting from the apartment below his a few moments after this, but didn't bother trying to figure out what they were saying. Yeah yeah, quit your whining, muggles, Artemis thought to himself. He really needed to find a new place to live. He stood up and stretched, putting his hands in the small of his back as he leands backwards, accompanied by a couple "pops" and a sigh of relief. He stretched his neck from side to side, then bent over to look at the clock by his bed, scratching his chin. The neon-green digital numbers on the clock read 10:45. Artemis stood up, looking at his trashed apartment, with all his clothes and affects strewn upon the floor; a large suitcase lay open and lopsided against a wall, as though thrown there in a fit of rage. Artemis brushed his hair back from his face with his hands, then looked out the window. So, 10:45. If the train lea --
"TEN FOURTY FIVE?!" the tall man shouted in disbelief. Ignoring the shouts from below once again, he rushed to his closet, and emerged with his wand. He glared at the clothes strewn upon his floor with anger, as though they'd done him some sort of personal wrong, and waved his wand at them. As soon as he'd done so, they all began to fold themselves and march into the open suitcase. In the meantime, he put his wand in the back-pocket of the pants he'd slept in and hastily brushed his teeth and combed his hair down flat, trying to partially cover his face. Damn good thing I took a shower last night, he thought to himself. Artemis grinned as he looked at perhaps the only thing hung up in his closet -- it was a japanese ronin outfit, the pleated hakama "pants," and the haori jacket. From the windowsill he grabbed a pair of dark sunglasses which he donned hurriedly. He then grabbed the wand from the pants which he'd thrown upon the floor and put it in some fold of the haori. He looked at himself in a dirty, chipped mirror which hung randomly upon the wall. "Let's do this!" he said enthusiastically. He allowed a quick chuckle, then corrected himself. "Ike! Arutemisu!" He laughed, grabbed his suitcase, and with a "pop" he'd disappeared When he reappeared, he was in an empty stall in the men's bathroom at King's Cross station. He exited quickly, and a glance at the clock told him he had plenty of time -- it was now 10:52. Artemis grabbed an unused cart, threw his suitcase upon it, then strolled merrily up to and through the column, arriving in the nick of time at platform Nine and Three Quarters. As he walked through the throng of students he decided to slouch down, remembering that his height was not exactly inconspicuous. He smiled at any students that looked at him, offering them a cheerful "Ohayou gozaimasu!" When he'd finally loaded his luggage upon the train, he walked down the aisles, greeting people he met the same way as before. He finally found a car that interested him, spying two vaguely familiar faces -- they were younger than him, of course, perhaps by two years, perhaps three. There was also someone new, which would make things more enjoyable. He opened the door with a smile, and bowed to the occupants, keeping his sunglasses covering his eyes well. "Ohayou gozaimasu!" Artemis said, just as cheerful as ever. God help me! I think I picked a bad personality, cause I may throw up soon. "I am Katsushiro," he continued, in a crisp Japanese accent. Though he was a brilliant actor before, one of the many things he'd been working on in his time off was his acting skills, and had studied abroad. "Is there a free seat that I may sit? I have a transfer from Japan, and I am not knowing anyone! You three are friendly looking." He smiled again, confident in his acting skills. OOC: The japanese:

"And yes, the boys are quite cu-- MEIN GOTT!" she shouted, glancing at the eccentricly dressed man that entered the compartment before she'd had a chance to finish. Her azure eyes were wide with confusion and disbelief. Who... or rather, what was this?! she wondered. The man spoke with terrible English and, possibly a stranger accent than Elise herself had. Zwolf had woken up from Elise's outburst, hissing. He lept from Elise's lap and darted down the hallway of the train. "Ah! Zwolf!!" Elise shouted, taking off after her cat, her only companion. The cat eventually stopped at a door that resided at the very front of the train. As Elise reached her pet, she noticed he was sniffing the door, meowing and scratching the door as if he wanted to get in.
"You.. get back here." she said, frowning as she picked him up and looked into the glass window. "Ah.." she gasped, startled to see another person in the glass. |

She wandered up and down the aisle of the train, looking for an empty seat. "Curses..." she thought "not a single seat from what I can see...." She noticed some commotion surrounding a strangely dressed asian man and went over to investigate. Inside she saw several students sitting and conversing with the strange man. "...Do you know where there are any extra seats?" she addressed the small crowd. |

He spoke out softly to the cat as he stood straight and took a step over to it, "What's wrong, Elf?"
He then kneeled and grabbed gently the feline's figure, looking up a little to notice the the cat on the other side. He gave off a smirk and whispered to his companion, "It's only another cat, Elf..." Bringing the cat up to his chest and stroking it's fur softly. But there was something else that caught his attention, his face turned to awe in expression. He glanced up slowly to meet the eyes of the girl, with his one optic, he saw outside the train. He face didn't turn red though, it seemed to pale to express anything. The pupil in his eye shrank as if it were over-encumbered by the girl's beauty. He remained motionless for a moment, seeming scared as he stared back into the girl's cerulean occulars. He then stood slowly, not blinking as his left eye stayed in a dead-lock with hers, it twitched left and right, almost seeming to study both of her eyes in his display of bashfulness. A small gulp passed down his throat, and his hand trembled as it petted across the hair of his feline companion. He had no idea what to do. 'Should I say something? Should I let her in? It is kind of lonesome in here...' He thought to himself, his expression hid his thoughts as it remained blank. Outcoming in him standing still, his body froze in shyness as to what to do with such beauty in front of him. |

"There's still some room left in this cabin, you can join us." he said, not noticing the student much at all. There was something familiar about Katsushiro, and James' focus was mostly on him. Turning back to Katsushiro, James nodded his head again and tried some of his old and broken Japanese. "Eh...Ohayoo Gozaimasu, Katsushiro," he said with a slightly decent accent. "I'm James Disino, this is Elise Victoffen, and Etta Fairwood, all of Raven...Raven..." He stopped abruptly as he got a good look at this "Katsushiro." He chuckled slightly as he slowly reached for his wand. This man was not a Japanese intern at all, but his pranking idol Artemis Windaker Burton! "So, tell me, Katsushiro," he said, realizing that the great Prankster King had returned, possibly for one final joke before he found a job at last. "What was your old headmaster like?'" |

Is there something on my face... he looks absolutely mortified... she thought to herself. The girl stood up, holding her cat in one arm, using the other to hold her hand up in apology. "I'm sorry for disturbing you.." she said. By now, Elise had given up hiding her German accent. The man probably hadn't heard it anyway because of the glass door. She sighed, hugging Zwolf before she pushed her goldenrod hair behind her shoulders. "You... stay put next time!" she said, grinning as she kissed the cat's forhead. He meowed cheerfully in return as she slowly made her way back to the compartment. |
