Race: 1/2 Zoraian, 1/2 Sindh (2 of the races that lives on AMRA) Class: Scholar-ish? (POET WARRIOR AHAH LAWL) Alignment: Pro-Rebellion (duh) Age: 56 Am'ran years (equal to 28 human years)~ Am'rans age 1/2 as slow as humans Height/Build: 6'4" / muscular Hair: Wolf gray, about two feet long. Sticks out in all directions from his ponytail. Eye color: yellowish orange Appearance: wears a slight grin that is reminiscent of the Cheshire Cat. Has heavy brows and a square jaw, but they look attractive on him. Wears a white tank top over dark grey cargo pants. Wears standard-issue black boots. Personality: likes to poke fun at others and himself. Calls Melia Shrimp, Baby, or Runt (she was the youngest, the only girl, and a good many inches shorter than Kamil xDD). Is very muscular, and good at fighting, but he actually prefers not to fight””it is just a hobby for him, or only to be used in dire need. He actually likes to curl up in a blanket with his half-moon glasses on and read about medicine, soil composition, and such. Has a photographic memory! A pretty chill dude, he lets nothing other than full-scale disaster psych him out””he believes that either he can fix things, or they will solve themselves. Overall~ somewhat shy, self-depreciating. Very levelheaded and open-minded, the opposite of his sister. However, he is like his sister in the fact that he will fight very fiercely for what he loves. Favorite foods: ROAST DUCK WITH MANGO SALSA (I joke… actually, anything spicy. He's the kind of person that smothers everything in Tabasco) Favorite drink: vodka tonic (me: ewwww gasoline… D: ) Deformities/ Tattoos: Kamil lost his right arm at the elbow seven years ago. He wraps it up in white bandages. He has a barcode tattooed under his left eye, and underneath, the number “11-02”, signifying he was the 2nd person brought to work in Mine Eleven. Quirks: smokes pipe, wears reading glasses occasionally Bad Traits: a bit of a doormat- hates having to tell people they’re wrong, or having to hurt people’s feelings. Turns to alcohol as a coping mechanism. Skills and abilities: HE CAN PWN YOU WITH SCIENCE AND MUSCULAR RANGOON-CLONE HAWTNESS ...And he shares Xenos with Melia due to their blood relation, but he doesn't know it just yet. Weapons: has no preference. Usually fistfights/ improvises when he has to fight. Besides, I don’t think the Tiershaa would trust him with anything… :O History: Crown Prince of Sindh until the monarchy was stripped of its power, and he was sent to the mines. One year later, in the collapse of Mine Eleven, he was trapped in the depths, arm stuck underneath a rock and far from food, water, or fresh air. Somehow, he got his own arm off, and clawed his way to freedom. (Let’s not elaborate on that, I’m getting gooseflesh. :O) Anyways, he emerged into the world three days later, mostly dead, dripping blood, and caked with soot. Reportedly, he screamed, “DAMN THE TIERSHAA BASTARDS!” before collapsing. Then again, it could be just rumor. He woke up in a hospital bed many days later, all fixed up, with a certain General of the Tiershaa staring him in the face. She gave him an offer he literally could not refuse: “You will work for us, Kamil Yasuna, or I am afraid you must die. People with only one arm aren’t very efficient mine workers.” He accepted, knowing that the offer would a) allow him to keep his life and b) gain access to valuable resources. After that, he became a consultant to the Tiershaa on running Amra and its mines, providing them with information only an Amran would know. Family: his mother died while giving birth to Melia, the youngest of the three. One year after they convinced Melia to run away while she still could, his younger brother died of black lung, and his father mysteriously disappeared. Also, the mystical creatures tended to follow one specific family line, unless that line lost its wisdom. That being said, I don't think there was ever two creatures following the same family line, so if he is Melia's brother then he can't have the eagle :( On the other hand, the shark is technically accessable by any in that family line, provided they can figure out how to summon him/have the "wisdom" or mental strength to do so, and he doesn't have something against the person ;) So, if you think those don't apply, then he can summon the shark if Melia hasn't already summoned him. (although, he might just leave melia in favor of Kamil, if he needs the shark more or is just that much "wiser" than she) ( PS: Both Falcone and Akari can summon dragons because a) as king and queen, they should be the wisest of the Xarians, and thus most worthy, b) they're the only "true" xarians left (as in, stayed on Xaria and learned all the xarian knowledge stuffs), and c) they're, technically, not in the same family since they married together. Had everyone else not been killed, the silver dragon would have probably passed through one of Akari's siblings to their decendants, while Zenjirou (gold dragon) would have taken presidence for her and Falcone's children. Okay, I'm done ^^; ) |

But then why does Hawkes have the gold eagle and Elaina the silver if they're not related? They have to be related, right? xD |

(and the reason for Falcone/Akari and Hawkes/Elaina not sharing is because they're unrelated (at least by blood, if not marriage)?) mmk, gotcha~ they're sharing I guess xD |

[/quote:729942d096] Well basically yes. They also have different creatures bound to them. You don't get all the dragons, for example, you get one. Falcone couldn't summon Kenjirou or Yujirou if he tried, because those dragons didn't choose him. Remember, the creature also has to "accept" you. Mostly they're fairly accepting, but some, especially the "gold" ones, are more picky. I hope I explained it clearly enough |

but would it be possible for 2 members of the same family (2 blood-related people) to have different animals within a species? Like Kamil has silver and Melia has gold for example. That doesn't seem to go with what you said, but just for clarification... *__* I will change Kamil's profile so that he shares Xenos but hasn't discovered it yet or some shat :0 |
