Likely because he had been told about Moira and her company.
"Was wurden Sie mögen?" He asked, brandishing a pad of paper and pen. "Zwei Wiener schnitzel mit erdäpfelsalat, ein Glas heiße Schokolade, ein Glas Rotwein, und eine Schüssel Wasser." "Schüssel Wasser?" The waiter said, comfused. "Für den Hund," Moira said, pointing to Jo-Jo. "Oh," the waiter said. "Brunnen dann, Ich bin rechte Rückseite." He then left to fill their order. OOC:Convo-
W: What would you like? M: Two wienerschnizel with potato salad, one hot chocolate, one glass of red wine, and one bowl of water. W: Bowl of water? M: For the dog. *points to Jo-Jo* W: Oh! Well then, I'll be right back. |

The catgirl was not intimidated by the vampire in the least, and she gave him a toothy grin. Death, feh, what was death to someone already dead?
“It is not quite girl scout cookies,” she said, handing the box over to Odakira, and put her hands behind her back. When Odakira opened the box it revealed the disembodied head of his former boss staring at the vampire from where it had been neatly packed in ice. His face was contorted with an expression of fear and pain. “It is from Kaiser to the soul member of the Teutonic Order of Romania. It is his little vay of saying ”˜Velcome to Vienna und enjoy your stay.’”[/color:76cade43d4] ~*~*~ “Thank you, Moira,” said Helen with a smile. “We’re lucky to have you with us. Where did you learn your German?” The waiter came back with everyone’s drinks and set the bowl down for Jo-jo. He also gave the dog a bone for him to gnaw on. |

It was indeed a surprise to find that his leader was decapitated. Because of this, Odakira now knew he was the only one in the Teutonic Order. "Hm... I'm sure I'll enjoy my stay." He said quietly, his voice emotionless, placing the box into one of the chairs beside himself.
"As for you..." The vampire said as he still was looking at the box, only to turn and gaze into Amara's eyes with crimson oculars. It was easy to see that the vampire's rage had just been released, and that his chosen opponent would most likely cease to exist. Odakira's form began to misshapen oddly; his arms bulged almost in a fiery motion, as well as the rest of his body. The vampire returned the toothily grin and finished his statement with a posessed shout, "...you will not enjoy your stay, demon!!" The area in which Odakira and Amara had stood in now became pitch black. The vampire then melted into the shadows, leaving Amara alone in this cold and desolate dimension. After a moment, the darkness became brightened suddenly with a light much greater than the sun's itself. The white panorama became littered with a series of black ravenous birds which surrounded the area in which Amara stood. The animal-like familiars gave off deafening screams that could tear branches clear off trees as well as shred the internal organs of any creature. The distant aerial abominations soon brandished their wings, and charged at Amara with unholy haste; their wings and feathers cutting the air itself like a razor through rice paper. |

"I know exactly the one," Mernov responded, grinning toothily. He adjusted his sunglasses with his free hand before recalling the story. "Can't place the name, but I can see his face in the last seconds of his life as he saw his own heart coming out of his mouth. Priceless." Mernov chuckled happily -- almost ironically so, considering what he was laughing about. "Good times." "Nevertheless," continued the vampire after a slight pause, "you came pretty close that one time back when we visited the 'States. Surely you remember?" |

She checked her watch quickly and then slipped it back into her pocket. The cat girl was quite pleased with the reaction she had received with the gift. Kaiser really knew how to pick presents that had meaning to them.
“I haff time,” she mumbled to herself, and she watched the birds hungrily. True, she had just eaten the pilots, but there was always room for dessert. She licked her lips and lunged at the first few that dared to attack her first. She ripped them apart and ate the bits that looked good. [/color:1c9e27553a] OOC:Meh... |

The vampire's voice boomed in a chaotic manner, "The unevitable is upon you!" The pieces of the birds within Amara's stomach came back to life. It wasn't that they were a seperate entity of Odakira, but part of him in this void of chaos he created for the purpose of destroying Amara. Within the cat-girl, the raven pieces molded back together; stretching the lining of Amara's stomach to it's maximum threshold. As the newly made bird brandished it's wings, it's razor-sharp feathers exploded out from Amara's torso in an attempt to tear her in half. The crimson fluid the girl surely spilt upon the white ground vanished into Odakira's void. Feeding him, empowering him, and helping to rid this vermin.
"You shouldn't eat so much! Gluttony will be your downfall, my dear..." His voice boomed once more as another flock of ravens appeared and charged the girl from behind. |

"Don't tell me YOU didn't want to do the same thing." he said, smirking. "That man just didn't know when to shut his bloody mouth. Besides, /I/ had the self restraint to not brutally murder him, eh?" Shadows shook his head and went back to sensing for the others. The two friends had gone some distance from the chunnel and were trying to locate the team that took the plane. Shadows walked up to an intersection and then sensed their auras from restraunt across the street. "Hey, Mernov..." he said, stopping for a second. "Do you remember how to say 'I'd take my steak very rare?'" |

She screamed as the bird burst from her stomach, and she struggled to get it away from her before it cut her completely in half. She fell to her knees and tried to hold her entrails inside her body by crossing her arms over her stomach. Blood coated her arm and pooled in her lap before dripping into Odakira's void. She turned at the sound of wings and squawks and narrowed her eyes at her attackers. A grin slowly across her face and she chuckled softly. Her laughter grew louder and louder until it boomed in the void, even as Odakira's voice did, and it continued as the birds fell upon her.[/color:2d0c5ba3c1] |

"I learned it in high school, actually," Moira chuckled. "Walter send me to a private high school where it was part of the curriculum. I hated it then, but it's sure come in handy since then."
The waiter came back with their food. "Wow, great service here," Moira remarked, giving the waiter a thumbs-up. "<Thanks for being so fast!>" "<Welcome,>" He said, leaving. "Well," Moira said, picking up her utensils, "Let's eat!" |

You dare laugh in the presence of your banishment!?" Odakira's voice boomed once more. The rest of the ravens closed in and began to tear the laughing woman to shreds and pieces with their vorpal talons and razor beaks. The white ground on which she stood began to morph around her into spikes that stuck out no more than a foot high. The spikes continued to form no more than in a five foot radius around Amara's dismembered body (if you could call it a body by now).
"Now to end you..." The vampire's voice echoed chillingly as the spikes curved inward like a venus fly trap. Within an instant, the slamming of the jaws closing filled the void... |

She hadn't realized how hungry she was until she had taken her first bite. "It's delicious," she said cheerfully, taking another bite. She quickly cleaned her plate and then focused on her hot chocolate. "Well, I'm finished. Shall we head over to the salt mines?"
~*~*~ [color=darkred:2bf6522029]Amara shreiked as the birds tore at her flesh, and beat the away with her arms. Her efforts were in vain and her screams faded as the darkness finally swallowed her. The plane returned to normal and Odakira was alone... or so he thought. "Vell, talk aboot a temper," the smug little catgirl said from where she was perched on the heads of the aisle seats. She sighed, and rolled her eyes. "Let me guess-" Suddenly she was under Odakira's cloak. "Wretch! How did you escape from your banishment to the oblivion?" her voice boomed as an imitation of Odakira. In an instant, she was perched on his shoulders and she peered into his eyes. "I am novhere und everyvhere, Herr Odakira," she giggled, and she disappeared. "The best part is," she said from the inside of Odakira's mind. "Now that you haff my blood in your veins, I haff access to your mind. I hope it vas tasty." Then she reappeared, lounging in one of the passenger seats. "As much as I vould love to stay und play," Amara said, taking out her watch and checking the time. "I am on a tight schedule," she appeared in front of the vampire and snapped the watch closed in his face. "So I must go." She stood, walked to the hatch and took hold of the handle. "Fortunately, I haff predicted that you vould be lonely, so I haff taken the liberty of bringing a few friends who are dying to meet you." She opened the hatch and Nazi soldiers in heavy uniforms, complete with headgear to protect them from the sun, began to file in. "At least they vould be, if they veren't already dead," she giggled and saluted Odakira, and winked. "I'll give your regards to the professor. Ciao."[/color:2bf6522029] |

Moira soon finished her food as well, and asked for the bill. She then went up to the cashier at the front of the restaurant, paying with the Euros she had in her pocket, making sure to give a nice tip. "Danke!" The cashier said.
Moira nodded, and then left the restaurant, holding open the door for the others. She suited up and got on her bike, and assumed that the others knew the drill. She headed out onto the highway approaching the mountains, open throttle. After about thirty minutes, she saw the turnoff, and put her blinker on. Moira bounced up and down on the winding gravel road for about a mile. When they were deep into the dark forest, she turned off onto a cul-de-sac. There was a gate in front of a gaping hole. A sign put haphazardly over the mouth of the mines read, "GEFAHR, VERURTEILT!" in bold red letters. "Sounds like fun," Moira said, smirking. She picked up the sign and moved it to the side. She then opened the gate, which made an eerie screeching. "They need to buy some damn WD-40," she observed. She then walked into the mines, sure of her steps because of the large flashlight she had taken from one of her saddlebags. "Well, let's go." OOC:German= DANGER, CONDEMNED! |

Odakira replied in his thoughts to the young girl. He was sure she was aware that even though she could read Odakira's thoughts, even he could find her as well. Once a vampire has taken the blood of it's victim, he or she always knew where their 'prey' (or ghoul, given the situation) resided at all times. Odakira could sense her, but decided to ignore it, for she surely would try to mislead him into traps. As for now, a few devilish looking Nazi soldiers stood in his way. Seeing the light they resided in made his eyes flinch, but at least he wasn't in the light.
Before the soldiers could even open fire, their heads simply fell off. Odakira's open hand was extended out in front of him, and the shriek of his ravens could be heard. They were swift abominations, they were, and could get any small task or opposition out of the way. The bodies of the soldiers fell heavily, only to spout dust from the openings of their armor and clothing. Quickly, the vampire, dragged the bodies into the darkness, and began to shake the dust out of them. "I'll have to thank Amara when I see her again..." After a few moments, Odakira had adorned the armor the Nazi ghouls had worn; mask and everything. "At least this will keep me safe from the sun." He said to himself while grabbing his rifle and ammunition. As he took a step outside, he removed his radio from his side and called into it, "Helen, are you there? Give me your position and I'm on my way." OOC: Oh schnap, Nazi Odakira D: |

"Oh!" Helen jumped when she heard Odakira's voice. She had forgotten about the radio. She fished it out of her pocket and pressed the button. "I'm here. We are just entered the salt mines, so the connection might get lost for a while... but what do you mean your on your way? There are still a a couple of hours before the sunsets." As the entrance to the cave disappeared because they had walked in deeper, the only thing Helen could here was static. "Bother," she muttered putting the radio away. Jo-jo stopped suddenly and growled with his hackles raised. Helen's eyes widened and she looked around the mine. "Moira," she whispered, pointing to a pair of red eyes that had just appeared. Suddenly, red glowing eyes appeared all around them, and the little dog barked angrily. "I think we're surrounded..." she reach into her coat and gripped the gun tightly. |

There wasn't anything here that would cause him fear, so what was this sensation of...he closed his eyes and began scrying for the source of this feeling. It lead him away from the restraunt, a good distance away to an abandoned salt mine.
"Eh...?" he said, focusing again. Why would he be drawn to a salt...his eyes shot open. Helen and the others! An attack! "Damnit!" Shadows said, cursing his previous carefree attitude that had cost him early reaction. He turned to Mernov and began sensing for Odakira. "We've got trouble. I can shimmer us over to Odakira and then to the others. Ready?" Not even waiting for a reply, Shadows seized his friend's wrist and vanished from sight. Both of them appeared out of mist in front of an oddly clad Odakira, decked out in Nazi finery. "We need to go." Shadows said. OOC:not missing out on another fight :P |
