"Was is das...?" she asked, looking up to Wolfgang, her eyes still considerably bloody. It had sounded like a high-pitched, window cracking ring. The vampiress had assumed it broke windows from the fact that, when she looked over to the mansion, the band of Nazi henchmen were running about franticly, trying to dodge the broken window glass.
Erika used what felt like all of her energy to lean up, still leaning heavily on Wolfgang. She glanced up at him, saying: "I can get up on my own, mein Herr. I should take care of these infidels for you." While she was feeling better, Erika still felt weak, and could only barely stand of her own occord.[/color:e670fa0e47] |

Odakira, too, flew back from the high-pitched squeal as it erupted from the strange device Kyphus held. He piveted himself to allow himself land on his feet, performing a back flip to save himself. His figure skidding slowly to a stop. As Kyphus slumped over and made his comment, Odakira gave out a fairply playful laugh and replied, "I gave you the very least I had!" He then lowered his laugh to a chuckle, bringing up his hands to fix his dark brown hair. It was strange, he did not seem affected by the sonic boom. It must of been because he was the one who charged it, and his power must of related to his physical being, thus not harming him whatsoever. He walked over to the beast, and helped him stand to his 'feet'. After doing so, he glanced up to notice Shadow's presence. He knew he was there, so he nodded his head somewhat to notify that he was coming. "Kyphus, we should head back to Mernov and Shadows." He said, only to continue, "We need to have a plan for this... Though I highly believe we be fair and Mernov and I go." He didn't want to fight a battle unfairly, it was against him. Even in a previous battle with Kyphus, he made sure not to be as restricted to his senses as Kyphus' was. [color=brown:0d97a27b2d]He shook his head to Erika's words. She obviously was in no condition to fight. The sonic boom had created a ringing in their already slightly burnt ears, and it caused the orb's 'skin' to ripple slightly. Wolfgang knew that this was not good. They weakened the barrier with sound, but luckily did not break it, possibly the reason why Shadows was able to get a view of Helen within. He whispered into Erika's ears softly, "Sie sind nicht Kämpfen..." He then stood straight, signaling for two guards to come. He whispered to the guards, they nodded and saluted, they walked over to Erika and picked her up, and began to take her back to the Mansion. Before they left the cemetary gates, he shouted out to all the guards in warning, "If I hear one thing about any of you touching her, you shall all face the Wrath of Hitler himself!!!" His voice caused the ground to rumble somewhat below their feet. Not enough to knock them off balance, but enough to get his point through. He lowered his head in sadness that she must go, but she was worn, and needed rest, he telepathically sent a message to Erika's ears, under his breath. "Don't worry of me, I'll be fine. They will take you to my office, get some blood their, and catch your strength back. Rest until you are for sure you're ready to fight." His command was simple, his plan well-thought out. Even if he were alone and against two vampires, he doubted failure. Odakira would be easy, but this Mernov character was different somewhat. He had only caught one of his bullets, and that was that. It was quiet now, nothing but the cold breeze that blew now and then. He gazed into the distance to see the beam of light is gone. Indeed it was Odakira, he could tell by the control of the lightning. It was going to be a long night...[/color:0d97a27b2d] OOC:hope i didn't confuse anyone :( 'You can't fight...' |

Odakira had certainly given it quite a bit of power; Mernov's eyes grew wide as he "saw" the landscape flying by from the vantage point of the shockwave. It really was rather impressive; but could it do any damage? Then, he saw it -- the cemetary came into view rather quickly, as well as the strange orb which held the human female. The blast just barely scraped the orb, and Mernov noted with some satisfaction that the orb seemed to shimmer slightly, as though it had been weakened. Another thing which came to his attention was the state of the Nazi vampires in the area; they were bleeding and in no small amount of pain. Mernov guessed that the human had quoted scripture, as there could be no other explanation. Clever girl, Mernov thought with a grin as he noted the rage with Wolfgang had flown into. Either that, or devoutly religious. Both could work.
As he heard his friend speak, he nodded in comprehension. "Indeed, I saw it with my own eyes," Mernov said to acknowledge his comrade. Noting the time, he prepared to go above ground. He looked down at his apprentice, who had remained silent until now. As he looked at her, he noted confusion in her eyes, and hoped to explain. "This Wolfgang, apparently an aquaintance of Odakira's has kidnapped the human female who you met earlier. He has an apprentice as well, and they both appear to have a decent bit of power. He wants Odakira and -- for a reason which I cannot comprehend -- myself, to appear before him. I wouldn't go if Shadows didn't have a vow to protect this woman's family. I will leave this choice to you, as you still have yet to get a decent rest, and have not had time to develop your powers. You may come with me if you choose, but if you would rather stay you may as well. I would not like to see you hurt so soon, but that is merely my opinion." |

It was true; Jeanne was absolutely clueless as to what had been going on. Not only had she no clue, but she was slightly afraid; these Nazis had seemed fairly formidable as opponents, to have single-handedly escaped from several vampires of formidable strength.
Jeanne looked up at Mernov, sighing. "Master... I think that I would be nothing but a burden if I went along..." she whispered. "I'm sorry..." *** *** *** *** [color=olive:6e127b7a9b]Gathered at the doors of Wolfgang's office was a large group of the Nazi henchmen which had been outside not moments ago. Each one was pushing the other, trying to get into the room or get out. Inside Wolfgang's office, Erika was recieving treatment from one of the doctors. The only reason the henchmen had come to see was the fact that Erika was in very little clothing; she had to change after having the blood and cuts fixed. "It'll probably take a day or so for you fully recover, mein Frau." the doctor said, looking at Erika with concern. "WHAT?! I don't have a day!" she screamed, smashing a vial on the table. "I have to leave NOW, and if you stop me, I WILL make you regret it." The doctor seemed as if he were going to make some kind of retort, but he remaind silent. Erika smiled. "Sehr gut, herr Doktor." Erika hurriedly got dressed, and pushed her way through the crowed of excited Nazis, ignoring any hands she felt along the way. She ran to the gates of the mansion and smiled, heading toward's Wolfgang. However, she wouldn't make it even that far. Her body began to shake and convulse, and Erika dropped to the ground. She felt blood flowing from her eyes and ears once more, and she coughed up more blood than she previously had. Well, this sucks... she thought to herself as she saw the Nazis and Doctor run out from the mansion shouting 'Mein Frau! MEIN FRAU!"[/color:6e127b7a9b] |

Kyphus happily bounded about like a child on a sugar high as the lightning rod sank back into his body. "That's a really nifty gadget, I'm sure it will get the job done..." But he knew in the back of his mind that it wouldn't be enough, he would have to do the damage himself with...
"No!" He interrupted his thoughts before he could think any further. His facial expression was slightly grim for a moment. He then smiled to Kyphus, and gestured for him to follow as he turned away from him. They walked back into the mansion again, Odakira noticed all the windows now cracked, or shattered outward. He slapped himself in the forehead, and thought to himself, "Dammit, I did give it too much..." He shook his head as he entered the room Mernov, Jeanne, and Shadows resided in. He looked about the room, then to Mernov, giving a slight bow of his head. "So..." He said, his tone strong and foreboding for action, "What's the plan?" In the back of his mind, during his meditation, he already came up with a tactical plan to take out Wolfgang, and possibly his apprentice, Erika. Though, it might be good to know what's on both sides of the coin before flipping it. He crossed his arms at his chest, the left shoulder of his white coat was stained in blood from his previous attempt at defeating Erika, the left side of his faced was stained in his crimson fluid, almost like war paint. He dark brown hair came over his right eye, his left golden optic displayed no mercy, as he intended to end this quickly and flawless. Yet he stood, having been able to end this now, but he wished not, he wanted to see how Mernov and the 'team' works as a group. Thinking it would be a good way to earn their trust in action. [color=brown:59aa180c38]It was silent, the cold wind blew along, pushing the dead and rotting leaves on the ground to and fro. Wolfgang had sat himself down, and leaned himself amongst the monumental stone he once sat himself and Erika upon. His head began to throb, he was worried for Erika, he didn't mind of what would become of him. Just as long as Erika was there, he would continue to live. Mernov, second best in the House of Hellsing, he had to see this. It had been awhile since he had a real challenge. That real challenge was Odakira. Something in his mind clicked as he became aware of their last bout. He remember Odakira, his codename back in the order was Raven Whitewing. The day Wolfgang was taught how to use the four fundamental elements at his disposal, and how to bend time into 'nearly' unbreakable barriers. Whitewing taught him these tactics. He began to wonder if Odakira had a plan himself, why didn't he take out Erika when he had the chance, and could disable the barrier? He blinked, his crimson eyes reddened once again from their glaze. He began to hear the screaming in the mansion, It was Erika, he knew it. She was indeed headstrong as he knew her to be. He closed his eyes once again and sent a message to her mind once again, "Erika, please... Don't do this, rest... You will make it in time..." his voice was hypnotic and lulling. He wanted her to rest and heal. He didn't want to lose a fight that himself and Erika were not going all out for. This was going to be vengeance, and also the night Odakira and Mernov will exist no more...[/color:59aa180c38] |

"The plan is simple. You and Mernov will proceed as requested, but I shall take Kyphus with me as mist. We shall appear next to the orb, you can distract him with a fight. Kyphus will break the shield, and I'll get her out of there. I will return once she is out of harms way." he explained carefully. "If one element is wrong, Wolfgang will destroy her. We have to do this perfectly." |

It indeed was a good plan, but their was a fault in his mind, so he questioned. "Tell me, how would Kyphus be able to hit the shield again without my electrical charge if I am in a bout with Wolfgang?"
He didn't know the answer, hell, he didn't even know if the beast's weaponry was fully charged from the small jolt he gave. Even if they did break it, if attention is caught onto by Wolfgang, he could simply just create another barrier. This plan did have flaws to it, it seemed, but he was confident they could be worked out. |
