As the beast asked him for a 'jolt' of his white-lightning, he frowned and between his eyebrows, a small wrinkle formed. He then spoke out in monotone, almost as if her were lost when the rod was pointed at him. He shook his head slighty as he spoke, "I do believe we might want to try this outside, I don't want this beautiful place to have a hole in it's roof." He then made a warm smile in return to his previous gesture, then added on, "Wouldn't you agree?"
He then turned as he let out a smirk, taking to his pace as he began to head for the exit of the mansion. Speaking out to Shadows as he left, "Tell Mernov I'll be there shortly, if you could please..." His figure then vanishes through the door of the mansion. |

"Perhaps we need more women here, mein Herr." she said. "You're probably sick of seeing them all wound up this way ever time I walk past." She rather enjoyed the attention, but the only attention she cherished would be that of Wolfgang's. The vampiress removed her hat and wiped her brow lightly, returning the hat to her head momentarily afterwards. She gave Helen a menacing grin. "Well, well... it doesn't seem like her friends are going to be here anytime soon." she chuckled. "Maybe our boys will have some fun with her."[/color:98f328ad81] |

She glared icily at the vampiress, crossed her arms and leaned lazily against the side of the invisible barrier. She did her best to look dignified, but dignity is hard to accomplish in tattered, light blue pajamas with little yellow ducks on them.
She looked over the headstones of the cemetery, and recognized it at once. Cherry Hill!! I'm still in England then... but what are all these Nazi's doing here? How did so many of them get here undetected? She bit her lip and looked over the cemetery once more as the fog began to roll in. Part of her hoped no one would come, but the other part was afraid what would happen if nobody came at all. |

"Odakira's up, and is assisting Kyphus in the final stage of his sonic creation process." he said, crossing his arms across his chest. "He says he'll explain the shields when he returns. In the mean time, I'll scry the cemetary to see how we can set up our attack." Without waiting for a response, he sat crosslegged on the ground and put his right hand as a fist into the palm of his other. Closing his eyes, he let his conscienceness drift to the cemetary. He saw the layout, the two vampires, waiting, Helen, encased in a shield, and, to his greatest dismay, saw bruises on her face. He hated vampires that played with humans, and this particular vampire was attacking a personal charge, adding insult to injury...though they probably didn't even know he existed. He saw also a group of nazi soldiers standing right outside the gate. Reinforcements? Figures it wouldn't be a fair fight. He checked one last time to make sure he remembered the layout of the cemetary, then returned to his body. His eyes shot open. "I got news, but it ain't good." he said. "They've got a mass of soldiers outside the gate, and Helen's in one of those shields. I can dissolve away with me, but I don't know if I can break it. I'll lend my tiger to you guys before I get her out of there, he should help out a lot. And it gets worse. They beat her at some point of the day, Mernov. They harmed an innocent." It was very rare to hear a vampire care about innocent lives, but Shadows wasn't a normal vampire. |

"Alright," Kyphus anounced as he carefully searched for the nearest piece of rubbish to blow to hell. "I just need a small amount, a spark to start. Let's go" |

Odakira gave a slight grin to Kyphus' request. He then rose his hands into the air, a gust of wind begin to emit from his body. The wind strengthened as it began to cause the clouds swirl above him. Light soon emitted from the slow twister above him, then small beam of electricity came down upon the pole of the cannon. Waiting for Kyphus' signal for more if needed. The lightning constantly struck to the cannon's pole so swift it seamed like a beam of light.
[color=brown:397965a957]Wolfgang sensed something in the distance. He looked off far into the distance from the hilltop. They narrowed slightly as they saw a beam of light come down from the sky. Small, but controlled. It had to of been Odakira. "Was ist das...?" He whispered to himself as he stood from the stone he sat upon, looking at the beam of light. What was it exactly that his 'friend' is doing? He then turned to Erika quickly and said lowly, "Our friends are coming it seems..." He then turned his head to study the clouds and lightning beam once again, awaiting some sort of outcome of it.[/color:397965a957] |

She frowned slighty, since he seemed a tad shaken, and then followed his gaze. She cocked her head, and her eyes widened as she gazed at the pillar of light in the distance.
"What is it?" she whispered in awe. Then, her body relaxed for the first time since she had met the two Nazis, and a small smile tugged at her lips. "...Our shadow by day," her mind sang. "And our pillar by night, Our King, our Deliv'rer, our all." OOC:Redeemer of Israel, another Mormon hymn!!! |

In the barrier behind the two Erika could see the human girl. To Erika's irritation and disbelief, the human was singing. Not only that, but she was smiling?! The Nazi smirked; she wasn't going to let this human get her hopes up, not with what was coming her way. She sauntered over to the barrier, resting her elbow upon it. "So, you think that pillar of light over there is going to save you, ja?" She grinned. "NEIN!" she screamed, gripping the ball with her left hand, sending bolts of black lightning coarsing throughout it, shocking the poor human inside.
After several minutes of Erika's torture and fanboy-like screams and cat calls from the Nazi men on the other side of the gate, Erika removed her hand and grinned sinisterly. "Try singing now, fool."[/color:1dcada1c7a] |

Her eyes rolled up into her head and she fell to her knees. She gripped her knees so hard that her knuckles turned white, and her back arched. When the Nazi woman was finally satisfied she curled into a small ball and wept for a few moments; every once in a while her body would twitch.
She was almost afraid to sit up once more, but some how she managed to prop herself up against one of the walls of her invisible prison. She gazed wearily at the angry women who had tortured her mercilessly, and shrugged. She then glanced back at the pillar of light once more. "The LORD is my light and my salvation," she murmured. She didn't realize she was saying anything at all, the words simply tumbled out of her mouth. "Whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this I will be confident." Her warm green eyes flickered, and connected with Erika's fiery crimson ones. "I'm not afraid of you." OOC:Psalm 27: 1-3 I love it so much!!! <3 |

The Holy Words of Psalms seemed to have burned his ears and sting his eyes. His crimson optics began to well up with blood. His breathing became heavy as he breathed in the air the words rode upon.
He ran from where he stood over to Helen, roaring in pain all the way in a dead sprint, He slammed his fist into the orb that suddenly made the orb completely black within, the girl vanishing in it's darkness. From within the orb, he had sent her to an illusionary place. The area consisted of a pitch black room, but below her was a round crimson floor that was about 10 feet in diameter. The floor was suspended by nothing, and flat as paper, yet it held to her weight. On the outside of the orb, it look completely black, and whatever Helen would say, the words would fade into the orb's wake, not to be heard ever on the outside. Wolfgang leaned against the orb and let out a huff as he caught his breath again. One hand still up at his hands as one of his bloody tears fell from his eye. As it struck the ground, it emitted steam and burnt through the grass, almost like lava. The guards soon opened the gate, but he brought his hand up to signal them away before they came. The saluted and ran back to the gate. He straightened himself back up as he caught his breath, walking with an almost limp in his leg as he helped Erika to her feet. "Wie gehts, liebe?" He said, his Germanic tone filled with concern, but it covered the rage he had within him to kill the woman. His main concern was the condition of Erika, he did not want to lose her, not so soon either.[/color:7ba4cbe232] |

What just happened? And where am I? she thought as she studied her new surroundings. She ran a hand along the strange, smooth red surface.
"How curious," she muttered as she twirled her sandy hair around her finger in thought. Something happened... I quoted from Psalms, and then... well... How peculiar... How strange... The two vampires had appeared to be... in agony? Why? It was only a scripture... Then the "Master" did something... transported her somewhere. Am I back in the mansion? She stood up slowly, and looked around once more as she walked around the circumfrence of the floor. She did her best to ignore all the pain, but it didn't work all that well, since tears welled up in her eyes. It seemed to be a black void; she was alone once more. She shivered, and a few salty tears fell to the floor. It's how she imagined Hell as a child... dark, cold, and lonely... Well, at least nothing can hurt me, she thought as she curled up on the floor. For the time being. She plucked at a small yellow duck on her pajamas while tears rolled down her cheeks until sleep fell upon her. OOC:She sleeps a lot.... -.-; |

However, she felt her arms turn to rubber, and she slipped from his grasp and fell to the ground with a light 'thud'. She began coughing up a considerable amount of blood, and even more was coming from her ears and eyes. The vampiress curled up into a ball, grasping her stomach and roaring with pain. "Es... verletzt..." she managed to wheeze, a small river of blood running down her face.
She felt ashamed. Here she was, nearly dying from mere words of God. Erika thought she was crying, but she couldn't tell the difference between her tears and her own blood. "Ich töte... sie..." she growled, struggling to push herself up.[/color:fd448698ab] OOC: vampire angst D: ahh, teh emoz... "It.. hurts..."; "I'll kill... her..." |

Seeing the amount of damage that had been tolled to her body, he was now tempted to kill the woman. First, he must attend to Erika first.
"Shh, nicht sprechen..." He whispered softly, picking her up to her feet again, her blood fell from her face unto his jacket. He looked around and struggled somewhat to sit Erika down amongst the monumental stone, feeling troubled and almost lost in his mind. He shook the angst off, and lifted Erika's head up to look at him, his other hand an arm wrapped around her back so that she may not fall. The pain in his chest vanished. The blood shortly then vanished from his eyes as his facial complexions became enraged with fury. He leaned back from where he kneeled and let a loud demonic roar escape his vocals, the headstones of the cemetary, and some buildings outside the pitched-fork wall began to crumble and crack. As the warcry faded into the night sky, he slumped over slightly, his arm still holding Erika up. His other hand clenched into a tight fist. "They will....pay.... I will kill them both..."[/color:5ae5ed97e4] OOC:'Shh, don't speak...' |
| Vern_5 Joined: 31 May 2005 Posts: 212 | At first, Kyphus was worried that his machine was a failure. FOr the first few seconds of the experiement, nothing happened. Maybe the sonic cannon had been a bad...
Suddenly, Kyphus felt the machine's matrix spinning in his back at a terrible rate. It was working! And now for the finished product. Kyphus opened his mouth. Instantly, a huge sonic wave erupted from his gaping jaws. It was spectacular, though painful to the ears, and must have fired halfway across town before dissapating. Finally, the wave ceased and Kyphus dropped to his haunches , exhausted from the effort. "I said just a spark, not a whole dynamo!" Kyphus shouted angrily. "I didn't want to have to clean up windows after this experiment!" Sure enough, most of Hellsing's front windows were either cracked or shattered. It would take a very long day to clean and replace them, but la long day was not something they had. Surely, (from what Kyphus had pieced together by reading a few minds) those creatures at the cemetary would have noticed the blast. |

Sighing and smacking his palm into his forehead, he resumed his previous position and scryed right outside the front doors of Hellsing. He saw a jubilant Kyphus and a slightly amused Odakira standing there, and Shadows figured the sonic device worked now. He let a smile at this, but then he went back to the graveyard after this, and was no longer smiling.
The nazi vamps were bleeding, but Helen was no longer visible in the bubble. It was black and clouded over. Shadows did not like this new development and did something very reckless he would probably later regret. He tried to force his conscienceness through the shield, but it didn't quite work. It bent for second, and he could see Helen, leaning against the wall of the shield, apparently unconcious. It was still hazed over in black, so he couldn't tell...What was going on? But then the shield rebounded, forcing him out. Shadows decided there was nothing else to gather here. The plan was set. "Vamp's are bleeding out the ears," he said, showing that he came out of his trance, "Musta been scripture. Helen's unconcioius now, they probably decided to cause her a little more pain for theirs..." He clenched his fist in anger, knowing that this was going to be hard and that the nazi vampires were now alert to their coming. |
