[color=darkred:1d66674c22]OOC:writing in the color of blood muhahaha Subaru tapped on the door in front of him and it splintered apart on his touch. Yes, here we are... finally, he had found the freak chip factory in Hong Kong. He was greeted as expected, only ghouls. He pulled out one of his guns, walking casually destroying all of them. He reached the head. "Under the name of god, to those who have turned into the living dead without a will, eternal night shall be granted." He pulled out his larger gun, 290mm with 13mm silver tipped rounds containing fast burning quicksilver cores. He took a shot, the bullet lodged itself inside of the vampire leader, the silver spread through his blood and he instantly collapsed into flames. "Order completed.... Master"[/color:1d66674c22] |

The grip she held on her dress tightened as she struggled to speak. Jeanne then gripped the back of Mernov’s trench coat as she began to feel her knees grow weak, her hands trembling slightly.
“I… I trust you…” was the most she could whisper. |

He pulled the woman closer to him in an embrace, and titled his head forwards slightly, brushing her smooth neck with a kiss. Again his lips touched her soft flesh, and once more, before finally pulling back away from the teeth to reveal abnormally large canine teeth.
The vampire leaned his head forward and plunged his teeth into Jeanne's tender neck, feeling the warm blood trickle into his mouth at long last. A feeling of great enjoyment flooded through his veins as he sucked up the sweet blood from the punctures in the woman's neck. Moments later he had finished, and Jeanne's body looked several shades paler than normal. Mernov moved his right hand from Jeanne's waist and picked her up, carrying her in both of his hands over to the bar. He shifted her into just one of his arms, and wiped the bar clear hastily with his free arm. Then, he placed her gently upon the bar, and removed his coat, draping it over her for warmth. He hoisted himself up at her feet on the bar, and pulled out a cigaratte from a vest pocket. With his free hand he revealed a lighter from his pants pocket, and flipped it open, creating a small flame which he held close to the awaiting cigarette. The flame caught, and he flipped the lighter closed and returned it to his pocket, while taking a quick draw from the cigarette. The vampire turned his head to glance down upon the woman, who should be rather drained of energy at the time, and released a lungful of smoke through his mouth. The smoke curled around, dancing playfully in a loop before drifting loftily to the ceiling. His first vampire; his first subordinate. After so many centuries being forced to live on only medical blood in the name of this deal, the taste of real blood was almost unreal; unfit for any but God Himself. Mernov was, to say the least, quite enthused by the progress of the night. |

The young barmaid reached down and held her silver cross in her hands as tears ran down her cheeks. Darkness enveloped her, with no apparent way to escape. Her body felt lifeless and cold, as if she had lost her soul. In the darkness her skin stood as a small beacon of white among a sea of eternal night. Jeanne attempted to stand, only to fall to the ground again with a loud ”˜smack’.
The young woman awoke with a sharp gasp of fright. Sweat trickled down her neck and onto her breast, causing her hair to stick to her ghastly white skin. She glanced up at the grandfather clock in the room; 3 AM… She did not recall falling asleep; she had been awake five hours ago. All that she could remember was some tall man named Mernov and… The aroma of smoke filled her lungs, causing her to cough. Jeanne sat up, realizing that the same man from earlier was sitting beside her on the bar. She clutched her arms, shivering slightly. Just as it was in the dream, her skin was almost transparent. Her eyes widened in horror; what had she become?! She looked up at Mernov who was still smoking. Jeanne licked her lips; she was thirsty for something salty. “What… what happened to me? I feel cold and… strange…” |

He stubbed out the cigarette into an ashtray on the bar, which by now was practically filled to the brim. He hopped off the bar and moved over to her, lifting his coat and stepping behind her to put it around her shoulders. Just before the fabric touched her body however, he pulled a long slender pistol from a some loops in the inside center, and slid it between his belt and pants on his back.
He hopped over the bar and grabbed a glass from under it, filling it with water from the tap. Mernov slipped back onto the bar beside Jeanne, handing her the glass. "You remember you said you'd always wanted to meet a vampire?" he asked, putting an arm around her to help keep her warm. "Well, you've met one. And now, you are one. How's that for an adventure?" He paused for a moment, offering her a smile, and then extending his arm to hand her the glass of water. "Here, drink this. I'm sure you're thirsty." |

Finished contemplating, she used her right hand to take the glass he’d given her, and used her left index finger to poke her teeth. She winced as she felt a light prick; it was true, she was a vampire. Wiping off her slightly bloody finger on her dress, the barmaid brought the water up to her tender lips and nearly inhaled the water. When she’d finished it she looked up at Mernov.
“So… this is what it’s like… huh…?” Jeanne said quietly, looking at her ghastly skin. “It feels so much different than being human, but I suppose that’s obvious… My body just feels sort of… empty…” She felt slightly weak and laid against Mernov, and an odd sense of safety and warmth overcame her when she did so. |

His gloved hand gripped her shoulder loosely, pulling her close to keep her warm. The loss of blood associated with the transformation into a vampire was surely not only tiring, but would make a person much colder than normal -- something that could take a while to adjust to. The vampire chuckled lightly when he heard Jeanne's comment.
"Don't get too excited, love," he said almost pleasantly. "You're not quite full-vampire yet. You'll be fine in the sun for now, and you won't get as blood-thirsty as a full-blooded vampire like myself." He paused for a moment to let the words sink in, then reached his hand into an almost unnoticable pocket inside his jacket, which was then around Jeanne's shoulders. From this he revealed a simple, well-worn, semi-automatic pistol. Just barely visible along the base of the slide were the words "Desert Eagle .50 AE Pistol." "Here," he said handing the weapon to her. "You'll probably want something to protect yourself with. I'll teach you how to shoot it shortly, but for now you may want to get some rest. And blankets, you'll probably want quite a few blankets; you may get cold." A pause again. "If you have any questions for me, I'll answer them. Otherwise, I'm going to search out a better spot for us to situate ourselves..." OOC: OOC: My 300th post! Hurray! ^^ |

Still in Hong Kong, Subaru basked in the middle of the night enjoying the darkness, too bad Hong Kong doesn't really sleep. He heard a scream. It was a womans voice in a shrill of pure terror. He looked off the building he was on into the alley below a woman was shoved against the wall by a hulking figure. Smiling with a fang-filled grin, he dove from the top floor landing on the grotesque figure. The figure fell back and regained its senses. It snarled and charged, Subaru clipped off shots at it, it kept coming, "I told Walter I needed a new gun! SHIT." |

When she had finally collected herself, she glanced over to Mernov, her gaze soft. "So... why am I not full-blooded...?" she asked in a soft, weak voice. |

He dropped his gun to the ground. The fiend charged. Ducking to the side and down some, Subaru saw his place to hit. He had an open punch at a place where a shot hit. He went for it. The claws punctured deep into the flesh being pushed by vampiric strength. It fell back clutching the wound. Shaking his hand once, a glove fell off. He took his bare hand and flung it into the breast of the creature grabbing the blood soaked heart and pulling it out. He tossed it to the side and licked his fingertips as he turned around and the monster fell. "It is time to go home." |

It seemed almost humorous, seeing the woman wearing his coat which was obviously far to big for her smaller frame. He offered her a warm smile before he continued.
"To put it simply, you haven't drunk blood of your own will yet.*" He brushed her cheek with a light kiss, then turned towards the door. "Get some rest, but keep conscious of your surroundings, just in case. I should be back shortly." OOC: *= I'm not positive on this; I need to ask preston when I get the chance |

It was all the blood he could drink, anyhow, because Integra would have his head if drank actual human blood. His red eyes flicked lazily around the small chamber, to the table to the coffin bed to the door. He almost finished his packet of blood when there was a knock at the door.
"Come in," he said. The door opened and Walter came in. He had a semi-large box that he set on the table. Opening the box, he pulled out a decently large gun. "Your desert eagle, .50AP rounds with mercury tips, blessed in advance." he said, handing him the gun and leaving the room. Storing the gun away somewhere under his dark trenchcoat, he finished his blood packet and left the room. OOC:wow, bet that sucked. |

I also think it's implied that if you drink your master's blood, you become a full vampire. I could be completely wrong on this.
Wynne approached the Hellsing Organization’s headquarters, her long red hair lifted slightly by the light breeze. She wore a nice blouse under a coat and pair of slacks. Not her usual attire, but one must look proper when arriving at a new job. She pulled a large suitcase behind her. Wonderful day in England, she thought. Pity I was reassigned here though. I still don’t really see what the director means by “it’ll be good for your mental health.” A pair of guards stopped her at the gates. “State your name and purpose,” one of them commanded. “Wynne Pickman, on transfer from the Wilmarth Foundation, Arkham, Massachusetts office.” Wynne pulled her ID out of her pocket and displayed it to the guards. “We’ve been expecting you. You can leave your luggage here, we’ll return it to you later. Follow me, please.” One of the guards opened the gates to the mansion grounds, and the other escorted Wynne to the mansion’s front door. “Interviews are the first door on your left.” The guard opened one of the heavy doors and held it so Wynne could enter. Once indoors, Wynne made her way to a door marked “Interviews,” opened it, and stepped inside. OOC:I don’t want this to go on forever, so I’ll just leave off here for now. If someone wants to play whoever’s interviewing Wynne, it’d be much appreciated. The Wilmarth Foundation is a US based group similar to Hellsing. They deal with the supernatural in a more general sense overall, but vampires are well under their jurisdiction. |

She looked down to see Jo-Jo, the chocolate lab puppy, looking up at her with his big brown eyes, and whimpering slightly. He had probably nudged her foot with his cold nose because he had to go relieve himself.
“Can’t you wait a few more hours?” she groaned, leaning back in her armchair. The teacher had fallen while grading papers, again, and there were still plenty more. The puppy was now scratching at the door to be let out, so Helen stiffly got up, stretched, threw on her tan trench coat over her pajamas, and slipped her bare feet into black mules. She hooked on the leash, snatched her black umbrella out of the stand, and looked at the sitting room of her small one bedroom flat before closing and locking the door behind her. I probably should have closed the window, she thought groggily as she walked down the steps onto the sidewalks. I have to pick up the papers… The streets were foggy, and she could barely see anything more than a couple metres ahead of her. The night was chilly and she clutched the top of her coat with free hand. The jingle of Jo-Jo’s collar seemed unusually loud, probably because there wasn’t anyone else on the street, not even a stray or a drunk. She shivered, and walked a little faster. OOC:that’s all I have…. for now!!! MUA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! |
