Age: 16 Race: Half human/Half raccoon Occupation: Serves Doktor, but that’ll change once she goes to the academy Physical Description: B-11 has a petite build, and stands at a height of about 5’3”. Chin-length, pastel blue hair frames her round, child-like face and her skin is a shade of pale peach. Her large, green eyes stand out against the dark, mask-like markings. She also has large, fuzzy, grey ears, and a tail with black and white rings which is around 3’6” long. Her everyday outfit consists of a crisp, white, button-down, short-sleeved shirt, white slacks, and white slippers. "B-11" is boldly tatooed in black on her left shoulder. Personality: B-11 is extremely polite and obedient for Doktor, and follows every order without question. However, she has no personality because her creator has not allowed one to develop. There are also large gaps in her vocabulary. Although she can name every muscle and bone in the human body, she doesn’t know everyday words like “bad” or “good.” She is incapable of extreme emotions like hate, anger, jealousy, joy, and love. He has a theory that such emotions must be taught, and a personality will develop from contact with other people. He was always been very impassive toward B-11, thus the raccoon girl feels practically no emotion and very little, if any, personality. The extent of her ”˜emotions’ include content, discontent, and every once in a while, mild curiosity. Quirks: B-11 knows everything about science and math, but she cannot read or write. She also does not know how to ask a question, nor does she understand them. For example, she would not understand “What’s your name?" Instead, someone would have to say "State your name." History: See Rheinhardt Steinweg. Powers: Her mind can store vast amounts of knowledge, and still be able to solve complicated math problems in her head. She can think faster than a computer, which helps her to assess a situation before acting. She is also very quick on her feet, “lightning fast,” as some would say, and outrageously strong for one her size and is able to lift 60 times her own weight. B-11’s endurance is incredible, and she cannot feel pain. However, she can feel discomfort, and will not be able to fight if she takes too much damage. Her specialties include stealth, maneuvering in small places, and climbing/scaling practically anything. Name: Rheinhardt Steinweg (A.K.A Doktor) Age: 54 (But he doesn't look it!) Race: Human Occupation: Head of the Gemini Physical Description: Rheinhardt has sandy hair that's always slicked back, and a fairly pale complexion. He has no wrinkles, and his white hair looks blonde, so he hardly looks his age. He's 6 feet 3 inches with a slim but strong build. He always wears rimless glasses, a crisp gray suit and a white lab coat. His eyes are a bit of an oddity, and seem to change colors depending on his mood. Personality: Cold, calculating, ambitious, resourceful and sometimes cruel. Rheinhardt's also a bit arrogant, and why shouldn't he? He's a genius, rich, physically fit, and handsome. He prefers his own company and is a recluse because he finds other less intelligent people rather dull. However, when he does make a friend, he proves to be loyal and quite trusting; one such person is Charles Xavier. Quirks: He rarely smiles, and he's addicted to chess and Tetris. He also speaks 8 different languages fluently: German, English, Italian, Spanish, French, Greek, Latin and Russian. He also is in the middle of learning Japanese and Chinese. History: Reinhardt was a born genius with caring and wealthy parents. As a boy, he received a college education by the age of 10, and obtained his doctors at 14, unfortunately, he sacrificed his childhood to studying, and never had any friend to play with. However, during his few years in Harvard he met a paraplegic named, Charles Francis Xavier, whom he quickly became friends with. He became famous in the world of chess, and science in general. However after his parents died, he simply disappeared; he was 18. Reinhardt left his past, the world, his memories, his name, and his only friend behind him, and went underground, and became known simply as Docktor. Doktor started a research center, and funded his research by inventing and building weapons and war machines, and selling them to whoever paid the most. He became obsessed with the theory of a perfect being and genetics, and therefore Project Gemini was born. For fifteen years, he used his own chromosomes and spliced them with female animal chromosomes to try to create the ultimate super human; the perfect weapon. He finally created a series of beings, Project Gemini- Series Alpha, but the experiment proved to be a failure, and so he eliminated them and started over. Five years later, out of 346 experiments, 1 lived. Series Beta was a success! The experiment grew up healthy and strong, and Reinhradt couldn't have been more thrilled as he raised her himself in an underground facility he called "Eden." For sixteen years, all was well, but then Doktor ran into a bit of trouble. One of the mafia groups that he does business with heard about this "perfect weapon," and they want it. Doktor fears what the exposure to this world will do to his sixteen years of hard work to raise the little raccoon girl and he's desperate to keep her from these men. He made the decision to flee "Eden" and leave his magnum opus with his friend, Charles Xavier. Powers: None. He’s just your every day genius, who just so happens to be a merchant of death. |

Maybe both of their mafia's could have a beef with Doktor. It wouldn't surprise me if he was doing business with both of them. |
