Name: Wynne Pickman Race: Human/American Occupation: Paranormal Investigator (formerly of teh Wilmarth Foundation) Age: 27 Gender: Female Height: 5'9" Weight: 130 lbs Personality: Wynne is a cheery, intelligent woman. Unfortunately, she can also be a real bitch if you get on her bad side. She really hates bad attempts at hitting on her, and tends to turn violent when angry. She cracks occasional bad puns. Her cheery disposition and bravado are really a facade she hides behind. Due to things she has read, seen, and experienced, she is somewhat disturbed. She may also come off as bookish or shy, if you don’t know her well. She’s also very selective when it comes to male company. She likes green tea and tends not to clean up after herself. Background: Wynne grew up in Arkham, Massachusetts and, after college, became an investigator with the Wilmarth Foundation, an American equivalent to England's Hellsing Organization. She served well for many years, investigating and dissolving bizzare cults, recovering old occult books, and occasionally killing (or running from) various monsters. Eventually, the strain on her mental health began to show, and arrangements were made for her transfer to Hellsing. It was ruled that vampires would be less likely to cause a psychotic episode or complete mental breakdown than the creatures she had previously encountered. Appearance: Wynne is a very attractive woman. She’s reasonably tall, athletic, and voluptuous. She has waist length red hair and large, watery brown eyes. She wears glasses, though. The webs between her fingers and toes are a little more pronounced than in most people. She usually wears turtleneck sweaters and jeans, with a black trench coat on top. Or military cargo pants and a tank top (probably with a jacket nearby). She has a few tattoos of arcane, protective symbols and runes on her body. Weapons: A pair of single-action .45 revolvers, "modified" with enchantments from some old book or another to be more effective against the monsters Wynne usually deals with. The ammunition is also enscribed with dark sorcery, and each round fired carries some magical force with it. Wynne also owns a sawed-off shotgun for dispatching targets vulnerable to more mundane attack. OOC:Feel free to take these away from her. Hellsing may prefer she use weapons they provide that are somewhat more specialzed. |
Digithe Joined: 24 Aug 2003 Posts: 884 | Posted: Sun Sep 05, 2004 7:07 pm right now I don't really care whether or not you get your character approved ;) We don't exactly have a lot of people at the moment, so we're not really enforcing the approval of characters (although having a character description is certainly NEVER discouraged ;)).
Looks fine to me, and unless sauder has a problem with your weapons I dont see any reason to take 'em away; Hellsing weapons seem to generally be tailored to their user anyway, so if they work well then I don't see why she couldn't use 'em. Have fun RPing! :D |
