I have worked a long time on this and I am pleased you like it."Stated a man who looked to me in his 50s, his hair grey in areas, while still retaining some of his dark brown hair. He was slightly bald, which was not unusual for a man of his age. His pale blue eyes showed that he had gone through manny different things. His body was fit, which was strange to see on an old man, which showed that he cared about himself, and the things around him.
"Well you say you would like to work here, do you have any experiance, and what is your name?" These were the only two questions the old man asked. "Pardon me, I have not even introduced myself, sorry I forget things at this age. I am William Johanson and I have lived here my entire life, and the rest of my family and ancestors have lived on this land. What is your name young man? |

The human held out his hand middlishly to shake Johnson's. "The name is Zedas. Zedas Naradacht. I don't have any farm experiences but I do have knowledge about plants and nature. Pleased to meet you... Mr. Johnson." Zedas talked pleasantly, his voice filled with honor. Zedas looked around a bit. "Well then, shall we get started? Tell me what to do and I will get on with it." |

"I am pleased as well to meet you Zedas Naradacht, do not worry about experiance, I will personaly teach you. It is a good thing that you know something about plants and nature, that will help you, do you have any one plant that you know well, or do you know a bunch of plants ok? "We shall get started tomorrow, we start at dawn, but if you wish I can start to train you now so that you can start working right away. We provied the workers with hearty meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And the kitchen is open most of the time, so if you are hungry for something small, just stop by it. Well do you want to learn now or tommorrow morning?" William spoke with pride, knowing that this man would, if he listened, become very good at farming and knowing plants. |

I also know few about how common animals would behave and react." Zedas listed, then looked back to Johnson. "And I am eager to spread my knowledge. Please, teach me today if you would." |

You do know how to read, don't you? If you do not know how to read I will teach you as well. First the books then we will go to the field." Said William
"Ok follow me." Motioned Zedas with his arm, pointing to a door in front of them. "Ok this is the library, you are allowed in here at any time, and you can read whatever you want. There are only a few rules, don't harm the books, and put them back when you are done. Now this side of the room is all farming and plantlore. As he pointed to the right side of the room. "And the middle is just books, mainly stories. The left is just a bunch of books, I think there is some...medicine...sorcery, and cooking books here. Like I said just return them in the condition you found them where you found them. Now lets go to the farms. As Zedas and William walked out a man sitting in one of the comfortable chairs in the library waved to the new man. "These are the farms, this is wheat, carrots, potato, and lettuce. Over there is the orchards where the fruits such as apples, pears, oranges, and grapes are farmed. And over there in that inclosed hut are herbs and spices. The large shed in the middle of the farms is where all of the equiptment can be found. Each of the farms has there own house and in that is a book that you write what you did that day in it, they are called logs. You may work at whichever farm you want, just sign in and ask for help, people should be glad to help you. If you ever have any questions just ask." This seemed a lecture to Zedas, because Will wasn't doing anything other than talking. As Zedas looked out at the fields the wheat waved at him, the trees seemed nice to meet him, everything seemed to have life just because of the breeze runnning through the farms. This was a large place, with many things to do, all they needed were strenght and will. |

Zedas closed his eyes and took a deep breath at the sincere field that he was standing on; such rural environment as farms embodied sweet and cool air. He took another moment to sigh the air back and savored it. To Zedas, an element like this was considered a blessing. He opened his eyes back again, now ready to browse his workplace. He began by choosing the hut nearest to him then visited each of the remaining huts door by door, skipping over the variety of farming goods; the fruits, the vegetations, the herbs, and the spices... Then when he felt his eyes had seen enough, Zedas walked back and entered the secondary door of the main farmhouse, which pathed close to the mainhouse library. There, he searched the bookcases for books. Plants... vegetations... fruits... and herbs. Zedas recalled for the appearences of the farming goods he saw and compared them by the illustrations in the books. He studied them throughly and reflectively, while his fingers moved monotously to flip the pages in the books. While he thought he had recognized most of them, there were several more to memorize. He could feel his head throbbing and aching as he forced himself to read but had to surmount his state of fatigue. Furthermore, it was getting dark and the letters were made harder to see. Zedas now struggled to understand a sentence as his vision blurred in revolt and the darkness of the night shadowed the letters. Finally, the last of his endurance ran out and Zedas' head landed on the book where it rested. He fell asleep. |

OOC:I am just going to say this now, if you study or work or do something, anything you gain experiance. And you gain levels, so if you kill a small goblin later posts you will be allowed to kill say a moose with a bow. Moose weigh as much as cars, I am not kiding, we have them on base.
As Zedas awoke the next morning it was now by himself, the person who had waved to him as he walked out of the library the other day woke him. "Its time for breakfast, follow me I will show you where the kitchen and dining rooms are." The morning sun had light the library, and the entire house. It seemed like all of the walls were windows, because the orange red colour of the sky flowed through the house, tinting everything. As Zedas woke his ears were filled with the yelling of a rooster "cock-a-doodle-doooo!" OOC::lol: |
